It’s not just a matter of taste, but a blend of colours, aromas and atmosphere. The Chefs Beppe Ribero (with more than thirty years experience and one of the partners of the restaurant) and Andrea Basso (winner of numerous international competitions) take care of each minute detail in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.
Traditional recipes and an ingenuous revival of antique Piedmontese specialties, as well as continuous innovations and variations make La Borsarella a magic place, able to offer unforgettable moments in a setting which boasts one of the most beautiful panoramas in Piedmont.
The ingredients come exclusively from the wide choice of optimal local produce: the best Ligurian olive oil, meat from the renowned Piedmont cattle, local herbs, ( like wild mountain spinach, hops, spring herbs), valley mushrooms, black and white Monregalese truffles.
Our cheeses come from the mountain pastures of Frabosa Soprana.
Wines are another of our strong points: a vast selection of national and international wines, personally chosen by the owners to accompany any dish and to compliment any atmosphere.
